Frederick County Courthouse
The Frederick County Courthouse is located at 100 W. Patrick Street in Frederick, Maryland. The Frederick County Courthouse is home to both the district and circuit courts. The courthouse operates Monday through Friday from 8:30am to 4:30pm.
There is free parking around the building, or if you do not feel like driving, it is within walking distance of a bus stop.
Cell phones are permitted in the district court, but they must be turned off or silenced in and around the courtrooms.
